Our Mission
It is our Mission to reach out to all people and share the love, hope, and restoration of God for soul winning through the preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ. To evangelize the community by ministering to the needs of the total person through the spirit of God. To enable one to be successful in life, family and church while impacting the world.
Our Vision
The Joy Tabernacle of Praise Church filled with joy and gladness will be a loving and caring church that wins souls for Christ. To train and empower transformed individuals to grow the kingdom of God on every opportunity by using their God-given gifts and talents in answering the call upon their lives in working out their own soul salvation.
Our Founding Story
Established December 2007
Joy Tabernacle of Praise (J-TOP) Ministries began as a humble in-home Bible study in the home of Pastor Frederick and First Lady Sandra Williams in December 2007.
As the fellowship grew rapidly, the congregation expanded beyond the home and moved into a leased facility on Murphy Road in Eastover, NC on April 6, 2008.
The church was officially installed by Bishop C.E. Anderson Sr. on May 2, 2009. We proudly serve as a congregation within the Church of God In Christ (COGIC), honoring our rich Pentecostal heritage while cultivating a loving, modern environment for all generations.
